TurnKey Process Chillers & Boilers
CPS provides industrial chillers and boilers as essential components of our turnkey custom process lines, ensuring precise temperature control for process solutions. We represent leading manufacturers and offer these systems as standalone units or integrated into skids, complete with circulation pumps, instrumentation, and sensors.
-
Chillers: Available in sizes ranging from 10 to 200 tons.
-
Boilers: Offered in high and low-pressure hot water models, powered by natural gas or electricity, with capacities from 100,000 BTUs to over 5,000,000 BTUs.
-
Lead/lag and N+1 configurations.
Whether as part of a complete process line or a standalone solution, CPS delivers reliable, high-performance temperature control systems tailored to your application.
Turnkey Hot Water Boilers
High and low pressure hot water natural gas or electric boilers are required as part of CPS’s process line in order to control process solutions at their optimum target temperatures ranges.
CPS represents several boiler manufactures and supplies them as part of a turnkey custom process line scope of supply or as a stand alone unit or as part of a process skid. The skids would include all of the necessary closed loop circulation pumps, instrumentation and sensors.
Boiler capacities typically range from 100,000 BTUs to over 5,000,0000 BTUs, depending on the application and can obtain loop temperatures up to 280 F @ 150 psi, and depending on the application and can be configured in a N+1 configuration or a lead/lag configuration.
CPS utilizes an innovative pipe insulative ceramic paint coating for safety and to supply a more energy efficient piping system to and from the boiler.
